Hans Christian Haanes
Chief Executive Officer
Hans Christian has been the CEO of Talentech since 2020. Prior to this, he held several senior management and board positions within Visma, including the position as Finance Director in the Visma Enterprise division. Hans Christian holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. He is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway.
Fredrik Mæhlum
Chief Operating Officer
Fredrik has been the COO of Talentech since 2020. Prior to this, he held the position as CEO in Webcruiter, along with having over 15 years of management experience in the Nordic IT and software industry. Fredrik holds a Master of Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, and a Master of Management from the Norwegian Business School (BI). He is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway.
Knut Johan Arnholdt
Chief Finance Officer
Knut Johan has been the CFO of Talentech since 2021. Prior to this, he has held the position as Vice President Investor Relations & Strategy in Höegh LNG, along with having over ten years of experience as a certified portfolio manager and an Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA). Knut Johan holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School (BI), and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway.
Nikolaj Petersen
Chief Commercial Officer
Nikolaj has been the CCO of Talentech since 2021. Prior to this, he held the position as Chief Sales Officer in Talentech from 2019, and as Managing Director in HR Manager Denmark and Sweden from 2011. Nikolaj has over 25 years of sales and commercial management experience in the Nordic IT and software industry, and holds a Certificate of Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. He is a Danish citizen, currently residing in Denmark.
Maja Lindström
Chief Product Officer
Maja has been the CPO of Talentech since 2020, and she is also a member of the board of directors of Breakit (Breaking Media AB). Prior to this, she held the position as CPO in ReachMee, along with having over 25 years of experience in the Nordic software industry, 14 of which as CPO. Maja holds a Master in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of technology. She is a Swedish citizen, currently residing in Sweden.
Thomas Hellstrøm
Chief Technology Officer
Thomas has been the CTO of Talentech since 2020. Prior to this, he held the position as CTO in HR Manager, along with having over 15 years of tech management experience in the Nordic IT and software industry. Thomas holds a BsC Hons in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University, and a Master of Management Programs from the Norwegian Business School (BI). He is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway.
Malin Gustafsson
Chief Innovation Officer
Legal & Compliance
Malin is responsible for innovation initiatives, and is head of the legal department of Talentech since 2020. Prior to this, she held several positions as head of legal departments and in-house general counsel, and has extensive experience within legal and compliance. Malin holds a Master of Laws from Lund University. She is a Swedish citizen, currently residing in Norway.
